Are you ready to take your GED® exam in Amity PA? The GED® test is only given in pencil and paper format. Usually in order to sit for the GED® exam the test taker must be at least 17 years old. The testing cost in the state of Pennsylvania ranges from $40-$90.
The GED® exam consists of five tests: reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Each section of the test awards a score between 200 and 800. Many states require test takers to receive a score of 410 on each of the five topics and an average of 450 for the GED® test to pass.
