Looking for GED® testing in Agency IA? The examination is only offered in pencil and paper format. Typically to be able to sit for the test the student must be at least 17 years old. The GED® testing cost in the state of Iowa varies from $40-$90.
The certification consists of five tests: reading, writing, mathematics, science and social studies. Each section awards a score between 200 and 800. Many states require test takers to receive a score of 410 on each of the five topics and an average of 450 for the exam to pass.
